Upgrades locked by Cel7 still purchasable with Enter key

the locked Infinity, Break Infinity, and Dilation upgrades in cel7 can still be purchased if you click on the button and use the Enter key to purchase the upgrade.
The upgrades seem to have their effect properly destroyed by cel7, but the repeatable TP upgrade in dilation still buffs the 5th bar.
The repeatable IP/EP mult upgrades cannot be purchased this way.
