perk points

are perk points useful after maxing out the perk tree? I have just finished it and wondering if I should focus on longer realities to increase levels of glyphs via the blackhole and to farm rm's or if its better to get perk points at all.

when you almost complete the first celestial you can use perk point to buy ...perks.
But after that they will become useless

They fluctuate between important and useless a couple of times, but the perk tree is not the only use for them.
