EC1 and IP

Trying to do EC1 2nd and 3rd time and can't get to required IP count (1e2200 I think). On Big Crunch buttons IP count increases then it stops and start lowering just before it reaches current IP count, so I can§t get more. Why this shappens? What causes IP are lowering insted of rising? How to do more EC?

Are you using the red "Active" path in your studies ? the 3rd one is an IP bonus that decays over time, and resets on crunch
You can either try to crunch as soon as you reach your cap or switch to the blue "Idle" path, it will be slower at first but the IP bonus will rise over time

How long takes to finish EC1x5? Have 198TT and seems I stucked around 1e2200. It is long path to 1e2600. Doing TD and Idle paths, with TS171. Is it possible without TS181 and more?

EC1 has to be done with ID path, not TD (EC1 disables time dimensions)
