How to get achievement 34: You didn't need it anyway

One of the guides says: "To do this, get 5 IP worth of upgrades, buy as many Galaxies and Dimension Boosts as allowed within the boundaries of Infinity, then instead of Maxing all, Buy Max Tickspeed and click the 'Until 10 for each dimension' buttons for all Dimensions except for the Eighths; those should be at 0."

I am a bit confused: as the 8th dimension cannot be used, I will have at most 4 Dimension Boosts and 0 Galaxy, which are far from "many". And I have the auto-buyers for all 8 dimensions and Tickspeed, so the latter half seems less relevant, except that I do need to turn off the auto-buyer for the 8th dimension.

This will lead me to 1e150 at best, with the first 6 infinity upgrades in the first two columns, and the first one in the 3rd column. I also tried prioritizing upgrading Tickspeed, but it doesn't work out nicely.

So are there clarifications to this guide? Thank you!

You are not allowed to have 8th dimension when you are triggering the achievement, but you are still allowed to have them during the infinity. since boosts and galaxies resets them, you can get your two galaxies and a few boosts before disabling 8th dimension autobuyer and reach infinity
