Firstly because the boost is a lot stronger than you'd expect (it takes just a bit to ramp up)
Secondly because waiting longer doesn't improve the boost you're getting, it's like a dimension Boost: they reset everything before (a galaxy will reset dimension boosts), so it's better to get them a s a p
Expect your production to start exploding at galaxy 2, dimboost 4
infinity... well... this I dont know ;-P
1st galaxy for me is instead 1.145 per upgrade.
say your base is 1.
10 tickspeed upgrades @ 1.125 = 3.24732 multiplier.
10 tickspeed upgrades @ 1.145 = 3.87306 multiplier.
And then remember that number is compounding from AD8 up to 1, as its all ADs are producing faster.
It becomes easy to confirm fairly early on where you can just time an infinity run with and without getting galaxies. I really don't think there's any situation where skipping a galaxy is faster than taking it, even considering some of the challenges.
yes, agree 100%. but that first one is always objectively better than not having it (again I'm fairly early on in the game)
The galaxy number isn't given in this. In certain situations, the second galaxy isn't worth it.
