Can't buy STDs?

Hi everyone! Is anyone else having trouble buying STDs? I click on the buy buttons and they just silently fail. I'm on Win 10, should be newest version of the game. Thanks!

There has been many report about STDs not being purchasable, I just tried on my end after someone reported on Discord and it works for me, which is a real headscratcher

I don't know what is the common denominator between everyone that cannot open the transaction window. it might just be random bad luck.

Can't click on the STD purchases here either. I'm on € currency if this might help since the prices are in USD. Doesn't open up the steam overlay for purchase.

Yes I have steam overlay enabled.

It didn't work for me either at first, but I did get it working. It was something like.....
1) I didn't have steam overlay enabled. I enabled it while game was running.
2) Steam overlay would not pop up when prompted for buying in-game purchases.
3) Stopped game.
4) Restarted game.
5) Steam overlay then DID pop up for me

Everyone's mileage may vary, but it was essentially messing around with the overlay being enabled and not, with restarts of the game.

I solved it by installing reshade on the .exe, it unjammed the overlay. https://reshade.me/. very simple to setup.

Close and reopen the game through steam, it should work then.
