Let's begin with the positive:
The art / graphics, as well as the sound (voices / music) are amazing. What you will experience in this demo, is indeed a light-hearted point & click adventure, with some turn-based tactical combat performed in dream sequences. The turn-based combat is generally more difficult when compared to the adventure parts of the game, but not so much as to make the game seem unbalanced.

Ok then, so far so good - based on the demo the game should definitely earn a thumbs-up.

All however, is not as it may initially seem; soon, the game takes a more serious (and quite darker) path, tackling subjects such as lesbian relationships, capitalism (has anti-capitalist notions; how about an anti-communist / anti-socialist / anti-marxist game for a change ?), and finally, religion (which is "bad" since it only serves the purpose of keeping people "sedated" - as Marx himself would have put it). Of course, the portrayed religion is, as expected, Christianity... (it could not possibly be any other, right ?)

What this game lacks in comparison to, say, Miyazaki's brilliant anime movies, is the overall whimsical feel devoid of hard-core politics, strong violence, and all-too-serious modern-day political allegories.
So, despite the demo being actually quite good as a stand-alone product, it still gets a thumbs-down just because of the full-game's narrative that makes the demo seem borderline false advertising. (and I'm saying "borderline" only because the amazing art direction is consistent throughout the whole game - unlike the narrative, which ultimately turns out to be anything but "light-hearted").

Wow, this looks like a sweet game and a begining of a fantastic advanture judged by the demo and the work that the creator(s) put into it!
I'm not a big fan of of point and clicks or visual novels or turn based tactics in general, however I'm astonished!
I've never seen such amalgamation between them and (again judging by the demo) the aspects of these three genres are balanced just in the right way that it plays out well. The only problem for me might be the slow walk speed, but it's not untolerable.

After an hour in and listening to all of the dialogue that I could, I wanted to write a review to say that I loved this game when I streamed it. I went in without expectation, and came out with something that had touched my mind in a way I hadn't thought about in a while. I likely won't have the money to get the full game to stream it in it's entirety, but if I did I certainly would. Thank you for releasing this demo.

A nice but very short demo. Recommended for fans of light point and click adventures and RPGs.

-Movement is very slow
-Very limited options
-Very short at 30-60 minutes

Pretty awesome game that looks to avoid many of the annoying factors that plague adventure games.
