How to carry health packs out of a cave? O.o

I don´t know what am i missing since there is not even a little text based tutorial/how to do certain things. Yes,such games explain themselfes a lot,but not everything...

none of my drones wants to pick up the health packs,so what is the catch?

you can't.

your drones will heal going trough them.

Not just heal they also get fuel (i think 10?).
So sometimes it can be worth it to let your drone got a few tiles further to collect it, or even go 1 step further to get it twice.

whats good about health pack sis they give you 10% fuel too
