Starter bundle?

Beside the Discord button is red bag with a yellow star on it. When I click on the red bag I am shown a Starter Bundle. It looks similar to the mobile games that offer gems and gold coins and stuff. It shows a button with $1.99 on it. When I click on the $1.99 button, there is a brief (millisecond) animation, and then nothing seems to happen.

Can anyone tell me what this is?

This is a fun game, and two bucks for a starter pack seems okay, however I have clicked on the button a half a dozen times and I hope I am not being billed somehow, without realising it.

it should open a steam window for you to authorise the purchase when you click on it.
Steam won't process a transaction without you explicitly authorising it.

Thank you. I realised, in the meantime, that this game is also downloaded as an 'App' and played on mobile devices. So, maybe the button is for those devices? Anyway, if I can figure out how, I'm going to delete this post.

and export again as before and load it to steam

Similar issue with the 100 km bonus bundle... Click it and nothing. Go into buying regular ticket packs and that seems to work... Would be nice if they fixed it so you can just play thru without the whole exporting thing...

Ingame purchases only work if you have Steam Overlay activated. Otherwise the window to authorise the purchase won't open.
