is there any way i can transfer my save from mobile to pc cause i wanna continue the game on pc and i dont wanna have to full restart the game

unfortunately there isn't (from what I know)

Unfortunately, due to Apple policy the iOS version does not support imports or code redemptions

the bestthing I can think you can do is use a online save editor and bring your drill, relics and weapons and import (which I know is very stupid that you have do that)
