Building materials...?
So you can ONLY find these in chests?

How common are they supposed to be? I've opened about 20 chests so far and not a single one

No, they're not just in chests.
You can find them in mines.

You got 1 building materials from achievement for completing 4 trades in trading post. Easy to get one.

you are new player -- my person 20 chest open in 5 min +- ! and i am in 1500 m far
why are you no patience
you think all go slow ?
you know nothing about progress
every progress is slow action but in long run is endurance
you want play sprint but this game is marathon on 2-3 weaks long for 1 drill ! only 1 drill
