Treasure Hunter Quest

What's up with the Treasure Hunter quest? I can't seem to actually accept it and there's a weird glowing thing above the quest guy's head. Am I missing something?

I have the same question. I've found lots of relics but that is the only quest which seems always "open". There is no gold frame around it for some odd reason.

I don't have the gold frame around that quest either BUT I do have that achievement unlocked.

Check your achievements and see if it unlocked for you.

That's what I mean, yeah. I completed it but it doesn't actually look complete.

This Quest is supposed to have a Book of Time as Icon but somehow after you get it, changes into the Picture for the : Finish 20 Quest Quests. Which is weird but really doesn't matter.
