How you Evaluation of relics and Tier ?

Now, My inventory is full 15/15 , (i am at 1230km).
What should i hold, what should i swap when i get some good relic ??

●Some Very Legendary relics
x1 Key of Gold (Gold Chest spawn +3%)
x1 Golden Pike (you get 12hrs worth amount of Your best minerals
　　　　　　every time you reached new km)

●Productive relics
x5 Sell Price +6% $ for selling minerals (Total of +30%)
x1 Miner Spd +5% (Total of +5%)

●Upgrading relics
x1 Drill Spd +10%
x2 Gem Spd Potion +5% (Total of +10% Gem Spd)
x2 Book of Frugality -5% weapon cost (Total of -10% cost for weapon, oil)

●Battle relics
x1 Golden Bow (+10% critical chance)
x1 Sword of War (+5% damage)
　　　it gives some +1 damage to weapons with above 9 Atk (for every 20 Atk)

Just keep it the way it is, it's well balanced allready. Unfortunately no more than 15 spaces for relics.

Well I'm disagree with Lancelot. But every player choose differents relics I guess.
Personaly, I'm just a bit ahead at 1300kms.
So, in my opinion :

●Some Very Legendary relics
x1 Key of Gold (Gold Chest spawn +3%)
---- Why would you keep that ? Gold chests are cool in early game, but middle game & once on the moon, it gives nothing anymore.

x1 Golden Pike (you get 12hrs worth amount of Your best minerals

---- Yes i got one too. It's a good relic.


●Productive relics
x5 Sell Price +6% $ for selling minerals (Total of +30%)
---- Bro, Do some maths, and take some books of time. It will be way more efficient. I think it's 5 inventory places wasted. And since you have fight relics, I guess you got some active play, so I really don't understant that choice^^

x1 Miner Spd +5% (Total of +5%)
---- I got two atm, waiting for better relics. But if it's a long term choice, I don't understand it. Get a book of time instead.


●Upgrading relics
x1 Drill Spd +10%
---- I got 5 + a warped one. But atm, i don't know if it would be more interesting to get more books of time.

x2 Gem Spd Potion +5% (Total of +10% Gem Spd)
---- I though it was cool, but it's useless. On a yellow gem, when you apply 14 catalysts, yellow will take 3h09min. With one or two gems 5% speed, it will take 3h00 or maybe 2h40. I tried it some weeks ago but i don't remember. Whatever, its not efficient at all. Once again, book of time can give you that kind of amont with only 2 or 3 chests. Those 5% gem speed are pointless, throw that away^^

x2 Book of Frugality -5% weapon cost (Total of -10% cost for weapon, oil)
---- I don't understand this relic. Weapons doesn't cost anything since some patch, since gems appeared. Except if I'm wrong, its efficient only for oil. And well, since you got 8000 oil, it's isn't rare anymore. You will stay dayyyyys at 8000, using some oil for gems and sometimes for a blueprint. But it gonna go back at 8000 very quickly. And blueprints who needs oil are so expensive that you'll wait days to get it, and then, the 8000 will simply be always full. Don't waste more relics bro and throw that away :p

●Battle relics

---- At a point i had 9 Golden bow, so 90% of critical. But i have read on the forum that if you craft gems and get better weapons, those relics are pointless. So, step by step i have changed my relics. And it's true, i win all fights for now, and like I said, I'm at 1300kms.
So see if you really need it for fights, but maybe you don't.


To me, one of the best relic is book of time. It works for almost everything :
Time = more gems so better weapons more quickly. More money cause more ressources, more isotopes. More diving (thats why i dont know if Drill speed 10% is that good).

But of course, it's only my opinion. Maybe others players won't be agree with me.
It's up to you now to find what is the best for you.

i know you can power up your relic if you sacrifice to the core the book of secret and sacrifice relic you want to up ( you can lose him, not 100% )

Exemple a golden bow have 10% CC if you power up you gain a golden bow + with 15CC

Yes but, its not worth to warp or divine a goldew bow since crafting enough gems makes your weapons powerful enough

When it comes to the drill, drill potion will always be better than the book of time.
As you go deeper, the potion's effectiveness just keeps improving while the book of time's goes down. 50% of a 30 hours dig > 50% of a 20 hours dig. 20 minutes time lapse out of a 30 hours dig < 20 minutes time lapse of a 20 hour dig.

But both are very good and work very well together. I wouldn't dismiss one for the other.

i thought it reduces number of Gems for Weapons.
(But not, it does nothing for Num of gems needed).

if i put 1 yellow gem with 19 Catalyst, i can make a Yellow for 1 hr.

How do you even get book of time? I'm 1.5 months into this game (1233km) with a solid amount of active time, and I have seen 1 book on a 80% deathchance excavation, which obviously failed. And I have sacrificed what feels like a thousand relics.
Hell, I'm up to 103 dead scientists atm, and I dont even have 15x relic bags(14 atm). Think 10-15 of those deaths are relic bag ones.

Yes, "Book of Time" is veryyy rare.

Btw, anyone clarify why "Golden Shovel" x5 is Not good ?
it gives +6% sell mineral. (total of 30%).
i need $ for Blueprints. and Shovel is one of the best item for Money.

i can buy "5 Trillion Coal" for $5 Tri from Trador, then,sell it for $ 6.5 Trililon.
it gives me Free +1.5 Trillion .

To me the Book of Time is the most valuable, it not only speeds up forging/crafting, it digs deeper, and it indirectly gives you money through mining. Best all around relic without a doubt. The Gold Key is also a must if you can get it, more golden chests equals huge upswings in your progression, whether it be money or blueprints.

Remember, Book of Frugality is a 5% reduction and gems can't be fractions, so you're only going to see a reduction in weapon costs if, e.g. you've got an upgrade that uses oil, or if you've got a couple of Books (10% e.g.) then 10 gems would become 9.

Book of Time ymmv - it can be a pain to get one, and then you'll only mostly see the difference with large timeskips (e.g 6hr gold chest, or the excavation rewards). Granted, the normal chest skip increase is a cumulative benefit, but it's not necessarily going to feel valuable to everyone.

Yes Book of time are hard to get. I have 2 atm + a divine one. But in early game i have thrown 3 of those because at this time i didn't know that was great relics.
I have seen more Book of time with scienstists who are at least level 15, but a lot of them died.
And I know that some players use their tickets to have others choice with traders & scientist. I didn't try that myself at this point.

I'm running 5x Book of Time (one warped), 4x Book of Success (one warped), 2x Sparkly Distraction, 2x Endless Drill Speed and 2x key of luck.

This gives over a 50% increase in time skip effectiveness (ideal when each level is taking 100+ hours to drill), +9% chance of excavation success so my Legendary and two Rare Scientists are effectively immortal for any choice on the left, upgrades are 12% less than purchase, which makes quite a difference when they are multiple quadrillion to purchase, 20% increase in drill speed, so again a big difference when each km takes so long, and finally a big uptick in chests which allows for more time skips (see books of time)!

I'll likely switch out the Sparkly Distraction at some point once I've bought all the BPs.

i tried to make a "Book ot Time" into Warped , but sadly Failed and lost the book....
Then i throw "Golden Pike" into the core and got "Warped Golden Pike".
(although it was mistake, it gives minerals 16hr (instead of 12 hrs). very small boost.).
