Can ANYONE explain to me HOW to upgrade the reactor. What does Bm and 10 e1 mean? Even the game itself gives no indication on HOW to do this? This is very annoying and frustrating. What do you need to upgrade and how do you get it?

hi go to your reactor, and go to craft. at the bottom of the menu you see neutron bombardments, and you well find the green califorium bmbardment 1 ( E1)

Bm is Building Materials i guess, which you probably already have lots if you are at the reactor. Californium Bombardment 1 needs energy (i hope u know how to produce energy in the reactor :)) and if the energy needed reaches 0 you can click on it and decay it, which will reward you with 10 E1 (Einsteinium, a isotope, only rewarded here).
