Online play broken?
Beautiful port of the game (I own the physical edition and love it), but when I click on the little (surprisingly cheesy) icon showing people around a globe, or on the globe icon in the settings, I receive the error "Uh-oh! Unable to reach PlayFab server. Please contact support for assistance," and "Error Loading", respectively. Retrying doesn't help. Are the servers just down right now?

Works fine for me. No problem to connect.
for mee it's fine the only problm is the game always keep in memory games where i have been and never refresh so when i go online there always 2 games where peoples never move or have leave the game ( 36hours and always those 2 games) can't make me believe they are still in the game:lunar2019crylaughingpig:

Same here. Maybe it's a feature...:tgrin: - like in earlier days :old:, when playing for example chess via postcard... make your move and wait a few days for an answer.

It would be nice to have the possibility to leave a game or to give up the game.

Would be nice if we could get a dev response to this online play issue. I don't see anywhere on the website to submit a support request or how else to reach out.

Hello there! If you are having trouble connecting, please make sure you don't have anything strange with your internet set-up (like a firewall, VPN, adblocker, etc...)
If you still can't get it to work, please drop me a line on dan@thunderboxentertianment.com and I can troubleshoot for you! :D

Interestingly, I was getting this message. I disabled my firewall and malware protection, logged in and connected. Then re-enabled them both and it connects fine now even with them both active.
