you mean the doors with the keycard locks?. well easy. none stealthy way is grab a hammer and bash the door down. stealthy way find another way in and find the keycard with the same letter as the keycard lock has. then you are in easly.

no not the keycards, there are little thingys that look kinda like a keycard scanner but they have an eye instead of a letter and i have no clue ho to open them

You need to knock a guard out and grab the guard by the head and unlock the door using their eyes.
