locked upgrade?
can't upgrade my pizza shop while opponents can. How am I supposed to compete when I cant upgrade my shop?

Hey BirdDinosaur, did you hit your revenue goal to upgrade the business? You need to hit this goal and have enough cash to upgrade the business. If you have a screenshot of what's going on I can help you better.

yes I did, there is no option to upgrade. It just says max and gray button
