Hi guys, can you help me with this

so in the end of Day 4 you need to get that metal box from the cliff using metal detector....I had to look this up because I was stuck. The reason I got stuck, I didnt play the game for a few days and I just forgot where the hint was!
Can you remind me where that hint was? - meaning so I would go to that cliff searching for the box.

Director's cut, you have to push graves like buttons, I solved it by accident, but I still don;t understand how should I have figured it out, can some one explain?

PS: KR is one of the best adventures I have ever played, definitely top5 or top 10 all time

the postcard on the floor gives you a hint about what to press/the formation (the cross shape from earlier in the game)

On Day 4, I played the tape to Isaac but haven't unlocked the fiery bike. I guess I have two questions since they seem related.
1. How do I unlock all the bikes? I only have the skull and bones one and the veterans one.
2. Kathy hasn't been making X's on her map this whole time, to make a triangle to lead to the woods. Did I miss something? When I click on lake, peak, and the nature reserve, she says the lights did something at each of those locations but the map has no x's.

Solved my own thing. Seems others have had the problem and we were missing a tape. Still not unlocking bike designs but let's save that for another day.

Hi everyone, I am stuck on day 4 although i'm wondering if it's possibly a bug, as I've followed every walk through. I have played Isaac the tape, so am almost at the end of day 4 and once I've played it to him and exhausted all chat options and shown him everything, i'm not getting a new location. The scene with Kathy on her bike just shows 4 locations, the rest are blocked out. Any help/advice gratefully received,

bulgarianBarbarian: Use a guide. It's far too much text to post in a forum discussion, some bikes are depending on a whole chain of achievements.

Sarah: I have to guess what you are missing exactly. Could be the tapes buried at Parowan Peak, could be going to the absolute top end there. Read my guide again, I'm not leaving anything out for the lulz.

XBL Laberbacke - thanks for the reply. I've been through your walk through (I just checked as I've looked at several and yours is one of them). I've literally done everything in there. I even went to an old save and did it again to see if it was just glitching. The part that I am stuck on is after (on your walk through): Grab the thermometer (you can only get it if you listened to the tape from the storage facility). I've double checked several times and I have definitely done everything up until that point, but Conwell forest is not an option for me when on the road. The only options I have are the Rain residence, police station, lakeside cabin (can't do anything here now as Nathan is there)
and the cemetery

Hi Sarah,
What locations do you currently have marked on your map? You will only get Conwell Forest after Kathy has marked Conwell Lake, Nature Reserve and Parowan Peak on her map.

Hi SvDvorak, thanks. When you say 'marked', she has labelled all these areas on her map and will speak about them when I click on those areas on the map, but hasn't put an 'X' or anything like that? I have loads of areas labelled on the map including the lake, nature reserve and Parowan Peak. I also have Conwell woods labelled on my map but there is no option to go there when i'm on the road. When I click Conwell Woods on the map she says something like "what were you doing out there Grandpa?" Thanks!

Are you sure you've listened to the Storage Facility tape? Playing that tape should have Kathy mark the locations you've been at with a red X. It's the green tape.
The tape that allows you to get the thermometer is found in the Parowan Peak box.

i have the solution for you, i think:
you are missing one location, the rental Warehouse, you can get this by show blue key to your granny and then you look after the warehouse thorugh the telephone book. in This Warehouse you can find 1 additional tape the green one, in a carton
i hope this will help you because i nearly had the same problem and missing one tape
