Day 2 problems. I've played the original and I know what to do but with this director's cut won't seem to let me use the tape with the scanner? Am I the only one having this issue? I've tried the mouse, the gamepad and surface pen and tried two different computers. Any suggestions to this problem would help a great deal! Thanx

There's a new icon on the desktop (in comparison to the original). Click on it and then play the tape in Mr Dicto

day 4, trying to escape the jail...how do i get past lenny? the desk and the locker seem to be the only places to hide, and they don't work

That one took me a while.
Turn on the TV (first time Kathy enters the cell block Goober complains how loud it is, even though the sound effect volume is rather low for the player), open the locker, hide under the desk

Show him any of his drawings you picked up (you should have five), then choose them in the right order to tell him what happened

day 4 I tried all stuff written here but I can not exit police station, she keeps telling she needs to deal with Lenny and If I call him in he finds me no matter where I hide (desk or locker. And keeping TB on does not work

Do you leave the large locker door slightly open? To fool Lenny here you need to have the TV on, leave the locker door ajar and hide under the desk. Doing those three should get you past this puzzle.

Day 4:
I cannot take the thermometer from the Lakeside Cabin. According to the solution for the original game, I should be able to do so after listening to the tape from the storage unit. What am I missing?

EDIT - Found the solution:
I had to first get the metal box from the cliff and listen to the tapes in it.

Don't just click through everything on autopilot. You have to actually read/listen. This isn't the original game, so you can't expect the original solution to work.

i am stuck right at the end, i cant figure out what three graves to press
