Discord is useless!

I have been playing for a good 50+ hours, and I like this game! However, I do have some issues with various things, and when trying to find out if it is a bug or if I simply havent figured out the right solution, this is my first stop, like with my other games.

It is dissapointing to see that we are directed to Discord for tips and a bit of help, and also to get answers.
For "live" discussions Discord probably great, but when looking to see if anyone else have had the same issue, it is useless - any discussions are impossible to locate!
Of course, I might not be familiar enough with using Discord - but I still dont see the point of not using the forum that is available here.
Also, I am pretty sure most "girls" my age are hesitant to get too involved in live chats like Discord.

Post you doubts there, someone (and I) will answer.

But please be clear and concise in describing the problem, some questions posted there seems write in Uzbek and then translated using Rustran, making hard to understand what the problem is.

Feel free to write here if you have any questions, unless I am on holiday (as I was last 2 weeks) or away due to other issues (eg health) or something, I tend to reply actively to most things that I can see on the forums.

EDIT:
Other community members very often if not most of the time have equally correct answers as I would have or another team member of ours. If there is something of value to add we will add it but often if information is accurate I don't feel the need to reply to every post if all the information is already there :)
