trolley?

ok I've been (I think) all over the place and cannot find the trolley, or can you even find one yet?

Its through a cave at the end of the track beyond the wolf warning sign and that "cornered" spot where there's always a pack of wolves hanging around. The entrance is behind a shallow pool and dead tree. Look for the yellow tarp and smudges on the rocks.

ok thanks. like I said I thought I was all over the place except there lol. those wolves kicked my rear end and never went back lol but I think I got a way around them.

Good luck. There's a couple ways back there. Safest I've found is a narrow gap in the mountain behind the hot springs on the side facing the 3 ruined buildings.

Any advice on how to adjust the trolley switches? I did find one lever which I was able to use to adjust the trolley switch just after you find the trolley but the lever has disappeared from my inventory and I can't move any of the other levers. So I can just go back and forth on one piece of track.

I've found one lever that too vanish from the backback - I 'think found in a tomb, in the "story mod" map area; this was before the latest update of the game.

Then find another in the illuminated tomb over the rocks near the stairs and crane - at side of the tracks in the corner of the map that led to trolley cave; you need drag a nearby box for climb in the place; this lever allow switch one rail.

I believe that another lever is in the dammed corner of the map with the derelict fishing station, because there are another illuminated tomb over the rocks, but I not check, fall in this area of the map unprepared and are struggle to find a way out.

I haven't made it to where the trolley is yet but I do have lever 0 and 2 lever 2s :/

the trolley gets stuck and you can't move it anymore?

ok never mind, my bad. had to put a cowcatcher on the other end.

Well, the lever I found disappear after 1 use, and the previous set trail revert to original position, so now the trolley is limited to the section from the cave to where his is found to the build next to the Illuminated tomb over the rocks.

I put a cowcatcher in the trolley and for test go back to the cave, when returning can't go in direction of hot springs anymore.

I have the same issue and so do a lot of other people. I'm hoping it gets patched in the next update.

I'll join that. I'm obviously doing a very bad of searching as I can't find any other lever in the game. The only one I got was Lever 2 and now I'm limited to that section of the track.

I did an experiment on those levers. I had one lever 0 and two lever 2s. at first I had the lever 2s and put one in my inventory and one in a storage chest and put the lever 0 in my inventory. I changed the tracks that led to the picture I posted above and both lever 2s disappeared. after reading these post, I went back to the save that had all the levers so I put lever 0 and one lever 2 in my inventory and dropped the second lever 2. I went and changed the track again and the one lever 2 that was in my inventory disappeared but the one I dropped was still there on the floor. if that helps anyone

I then figured out that when you use lever 1 and lever 2 on the switch it takes it from your inventory and applies them to the switch. not sure on lever 0 cause I still have that one.

Thanks for that image, I haven't come across that place yet. Is that in the story area or the Endless area?

I thought that it might have applied the lever to the switch so you could change it whenever you wanted but not in my case. I used lever 2 on the switch, but it wouldn't let me switch it back after that. Though with that switch I guess you don't really need to change anything anyway.

I shall pack my bags, stock up on food, sharpen my spears and head out into the wilderness in search of that cabin! Wish me luck!

Oh gosh, I take that back. That was the shed that was added in the last update, of course I know where it is! Right, off I go!

well after I slept a day and tried to go back to that area, lever 1 disappeared from the switch so I can't get the trolley back there. I can walk, but geez. also in that area I came across foxes but can't kill them. I wasted 3 bone spears on them. stabbed the crap out of them and blood squirting everywhere, but they just looked at me and walked on like I wasn't there
