Help!

OK, so this is my first play through...I can't find anything or know what to scan, I can't find sun bulbs to make water. I understand this is alpha, but there is not even a little push for guidance. Does anyone have tips for beginners?

Hi, apologies the mechanics can be a bit difficult to uncover on a first playthrough. You can basically scan any creature or large flora just use (G) or your custom set action button by looking at controls. Sun bulbs need to be sampled with a sampler by pressing G on a sun disk. You also need it to be charged. Usually if you can't find a material chances are it needs sampling from a plant. Hope this helps :)

Wow, I just played for a few hours tonight and am glad to see how to use the sampler. I know it's way early, but the controls (other than swimming) are not intuitive. The graphics? Out of this world!!
