Kasandora Act 2 Bug?

I'm in Kasandora about to start Act 2, and I saw from the Map that the icon for Act 2 shows that I've already gotten the 3 Magic Scrolls for doing it. But I hadn't yet. I even went back to a previous save before I even unlocked Act 2 and it shows it still being collected already.

I assumed it is a bug of some kind. I REALLY don't want to have to start over from the beginning if it is a save issue, but will this mess up the game later on?

Never ran into this myself, but it shouldn't make too much difference unless you're going for a 100% run.

Had the same bug forget if it was the same act and it didn't seem to be more than a visual bug.
(now stuck on the post game act i am at 350 people with 3 quests done and nothing else to do and can't build more farms to expand.... highly doubt it related this remake progression just isn't as balanced as the originals)

The only way I found past that bit, was to demolish the defensive towers, the people will build there.

Don't even know if needing more people is the problem.....
(usually the angel will give you a warning about demolishing to continue...)

Edit: Also haven't got any Random encounters/TD segments don't know if that normal for the last hidden area...
