Just purchased the Music Maker 2021 Premium Steam Edition and I have no idea how to get those new soundpools? Please don't tell me it's the four soundpools that free users can also get, because then I just wasted a lot of money for nothing
Hey man, i ended up refunding the software and purchasing it on the official website. the dont support the steam edition it should be removed from the store. get a refund whilst you can and explain that they are misleading in there promo
Thank you. I was having other issues with missing features and the application claiming it was downloading something but it never completed and stayed at 0% I ended up refunding it anyway. It really is broken.
How did you get your money back for premium 2021 from steam? Coz for me steam wrote: it is a Magix fault, Magix wrote - its a steam fault.
I don't know if something has changed in the last few months, but at the time it just refunded as normal. As long as you haven't used it for longer than 2 hours or request the refund within 14 days of purchase, it should go through.
Otherwise, I have no idea.
If you have activation/registration codes from Magix then some are used withing the application and some via website so with steam handling purchases then I can see that it would complicate matters even further.
