Is there actual character creation here? The various footage looks different but it could just be customizing the one default guy.

The game has customization, theres only one character but you can change stuff like his shirt, headgear, hat, tattoos, pants, etc

Why does everyone feel like someone has to lose something to gain something? Why can't it just be that it needs customisation for male or female characters? It doesn't have to be one or the other. That's regressive thinking.

Looks like you can mix and match costume parts AND change gender and skin color. The trailer on the main steam page also shows the player as a red-haired woman early on.
