Skeletons wipe early game

I keep wiping to skeleton on day 1 and 2, is there any way to avoid them or something? Just anything?

You can run away with your villagers from them if you see any, and try survive until daytime! There are ways later in the game, but in the beginning you're very vulnerable

Try to build the "Archer Hut" ASAP (day 1 or 2) and simply kill those who are close to your main buildings. It can take awhile as the hit ratio of your peeps is quite limited, but if you group 'em and attack [go shoot - move away - shoot - move away] you should be able to get rid of them rather easely. Concentrate only on the CLOSEST ones, as you'll lose too much time, if you run after the others and they will respawn anyway - probably even closer to your village. Just keep an eye on them...
