How do I convert the sensitivity I'm given into siege?

When it gives me the "current optimal sensitivity" it only gives me one number, how do I translate that into Rainbow 6? In R6 there's hip horizontal and vertical, and all of the different ads speeds.

The sensitivity you are given is the same for horizontal and vertical.
The Oblivity sensitivity finder is only for your hipfire sensitivity and not for your ads.
