Mission 13
look I get you're supposed to grab the one lockpick in the drawer to get into the bathroom to get 4 to unlock the hard door but for real I wish there was one more lockpick in the drawer so you have two chances for the normal door. Having to restart the level because I messed up the lockpicking sucks. And even if I get it right the walking turrets make me run the risk of getting detected. So just having 1 lockpick is making this level just irritating even though the rest is really fun

The levels are designed so lockpicking is optional. If you need to open a door to advance there are always master keys in the level, lockpicking is just a way to skip finding them if you are lucky or to get extra things (except in level 5, where it's needed for secondary objectives as an introduction to the minigame but you have a ton of bobby pins).
For example, if I remember correctly, in level 13 there are two master keys: one inside the yellow robot in the locked room and the other in the vents

Where in the vents? bec I went and got the crane in the vents but its too dark to do any exploration in there. I remember there was nightvision goggles in an earlier level but I couldn't find one in mission 13? the only items I could find in the vents were the crane and the medpack. I found the master keycard in the safe but that doesn't work on lockpick doors

You can find night vision goggles in level 13 too, they are inside one of the safes. You are supposed to use them to move through the dark vents, but I see that you managed even without them :D

there are multiple lockpicks in the upper room i think plus a key in the the dark part of the vents (and a crane there too)
