For the Sonar Sequencer, there are also visual clues you can look out for:

Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback, we are always grateful for that, especially when it comes to making the game more accessible!
I was looking at the little TV screen under the buttons, with lanes and dots, and i was trying to match that! Completely misunderstood the concept. Then i was pushing buttons to see what changes, and nothing was changing so i was very confused and wasn't able to figure it out. This probably your main design flaw, there is no feedback from the tool until you press the validate button, and nobody does that because they don't want want to lose insanity or don't press simply because they don't know what they are doing.
It took a video for me to finally get it, and once i did I get it right on the first time every time.
Your post above about visual queues is also very confusing, i have no idea how visual queues match the sound or how to guess it from that. Just button with vertical line = short beep and button with horizontal line = long beep is how i am solving the puzzle.
