The lack of controller support ruined the game for me. Practically unplayable without m/k.

The maintenance fee also feels like unnecessary punishment as the game ramps up. Not that it doesn't make sense as a mechanic, but I just find it influencing my choices as to how I progress in the story which is a big bummer.

+ different endings and events depending on your decisions
+ slightly different styles of gameplay possible
+ you can rewind each day if you want to do things differently
+ dystopian regime?
+ sounds fit the atmosphere
+ some interesting character designs and diagnoses
+ decent replayability (different patients and dialogue, different routes and endings)

- work can get tedious
- there might be some painful red flashes during certain endings
- some devices take a bit to figure out (there is a handbook in-game, but it's not always that useful)
