The Perfect Shape si è rivelato una piccola sorpresa. È un platform frenetico dove le scelte del giocatore impattano anche in modo decisivo sulla riuscita di un livello. In effetti, tutto ruota in base alle nostre scelte; la forma decisa influenza il modo di sparare, le abilità ad essa collegate e le tattiche usate per eliminare i nemici.

Il tempo non infinito potrebbe apparire come un punto debole ma si rivela invero come punto di forza. Le gemme sparse lungo tutti i livelli ci permetteranno di proseguire l’esplorazione senza particolari intoppi, starà a noi cercare di essere veloci e valutare il tempo a disposizione durante la ricerca della chiave. Sebbene i primi livelli proseguano senza particolari intoppi, non va assolutamente sottovalutato, poiché si rivela particolarmente impegnativo dopo la fase d’ambientamento atta a prendere confidenza con le meccaniche.

Non è lunghissimo ma presenta diversi finali che ne garantiscono la rigiocabilità. Per gli appassionati che amano i platform che mescolano i migliori elementi del genere ad uno stile retrò con una grafica gradevole, è il passatempo perfetto. Per chi ama esperienze più calme e ponderate, suggeriamo di valutarne l’acquisto dopo aver provato la preziosa demo resa disponibile dallo sviluppatore.

Change abilities as you change shapes. Nice time/point-based mechanic, strong use of upgrades and specials. Short but features challenges and branching levels that add replayability.

Highly recommend this game to those who love a good challenge!
I played for a couple of hours, It really has a lot of funny moments and very intense challenges.
Definitely not a game for the faint-hearted.
It´s nice that you don´t have to kill all enemies to complete the level.
A unique approach of the fast paced action mixed with subtle puzzles to find your own way to the end of the journey.
Can't wait to finish it!

What can I say about this game you may ask?

It is challenging as all hell! It is a game that very well may make you rage... If you do not rage, you're likely playing it wrong! Its pretty neat, the idea of the game, the different play styles within the game and so many options to proceed throughout the levels!

The animations are sweet, the many different shapes to help you advance... Or if you're like me and apparently don't understand the tutorial... You fail at ever part of the game but still enjoy it!

The graphics are also nice. I like the art that is done in this game.
