Won't get the achievement "Doki Doki Literature Club Plus! Platinum"

Hey! I've unlocked all the achievements except for this last one, which was supposed to unlock after getting all the others. I'm not sure what to do. I love this game and have played it several times, but I bought the Plus version on Steam specifically to get the platinum trophy on my account.

Here are answers to some questions you might have:
>Yes, I reached 100% on the menu, getting all images and 26 songs
>I ran the VM TEST
>I also opened all the emails and files, including those with the 'specific hour' timestamps

Please heeelp me! I think it might be a bug. I’ve emailed Serenity Forge but haven’t received any response. I just wanna unlock this 19th achievement.

I believe you are getting confused with the Playstation Version of the game. If you are playing on the PS4/PS5 version of the game, you will recieve the platinum trophy for getting all the others. On the PC/Mac however, there is no platinum trophy. The highest achievement you can get is the "Breakthrough" achievement. If you still only have 18 out of 19 achievements, I would assume the only one you are missing is the "Good Feature" achievement which you can get by drawing boxes on the desktop screen (aka click and drag on the background and eventually you'll get it).

there is a achievement called Doki Doki Literature Club but its not an actual achievement that will show up, if you go on to your steam activity it should show you getting it
