I collected all the illustrations except one, the last secret. I know there is a black and white picture with all the characters from doki doki, but I haven't found a direct answer. I saw there that you have to go after Monica's glichi, but after which it is not clear, and it did not work with the glichi on the first day of the second act. I hope you understand me

The tenth secret is a rare main menu background, which can be found when you start the DDLC in the second act with a 1.6% chance.
Just get to the second act, skip a few lines there, save, go to the in-game desktop and run the "DDLC" until you get that background. It took me about an hour. If it doesn't, go out to the desktop again and run "DDLC" again. There will be an "end" sign in the middle of the screen, and some Chernobyl sounds instead of music.
