i struggle with reading bc a condition i have i was wondering if a text to speech would be posible in the future something to help those who have the issue with reading

That's not what they were asking. They are explaining that they have trouble reading text and that being read the text would help them process the information easier.

I'm not sure what the program is called, but I once saw a blind fighting game player use a program to read text on the screen. I suppose in theory, you could use that to make the program read out loud the dialog in this game.

I do not have personal experience with these programs, but I think you could do what you want to do through the use of one of these programs.
