?? cant delete monika

ive owned ddlc for like 2 years and played it multiple times so i skipped monikas endgame dialgouge where she tells me how to delete her. but from what i see its not the same as the original ddlc files, or i am missing something? i cannot find a characters file and monika.chr isnt there. sorry if this is dumb and im missing something very obvious but could someone help?

heyy, now the files are IN the game, in this new computer like start, while talking to monike press options and quit ddlc. Then you will be in this fake computer, go to archives, characters, press monika.chr and delete.

i can see the monika file in the game but i cant actually delete it? and ive also browsed local files as well but her file isnt there?
