You have to change your computer's time to open the hidden files (or wait lol).
Here are all the hidden files in the file system:

2>2>1 openable at time 2:40
1>3>0 openable at time 9:15
1>2>3 openable at time 4:30
0>3>0 openable at time 1:58
4>0>4 openable at time 12:55
3>4>4 openable at time 8:33
5>0>1 openable at 2:14 (end-end-game code numbers hidden in VM Test are just a hint that this file exists and you need to open it at 2:14)

P.S. if you get stuck at 99% it's related to Candy Hearts song being added to a playlist and then played and then removed. Might take a bit of finagling and a few tries and rebooting the game. It's semi-buggy.
