Missing Last 2%

I have all the pictures, songs, emails, did side stories, got the true ending etc.
How do I have a missing 2%? I have all the achievements except for the 100% one obviously.
Can anyone help me with this?

Did you get the secret player song? Add Candy Hearts to the playlist and play it and it should unlock the last 2% I think.

Is there like a guide on how to unlock everything? I know some require you to pick specifc words or do a set of actions specfically, so is there a guide to follow to get 100%?

Not a joke or spam or virus, I was reading through the file trying to find the final clues as everyone was stuck on 98% until a guy discovered it just a couple hours ago. It seems you have to add all the music to your playlist, particularly Candy Hearts and play them from your playlist.

I got the 9th email but not the achievement, is there more to do after that?

You have to add Candy Hearts TWICE actually and play it and the second time it plays will be creepy and you'll receive the last email
