Game not letting me reset?

when i try to run reset.♥♥♥♥♥ says that elevated access permissions are required to perform this action. please help

IIRC, you need to complete the game at least once for them to work.

It some kind of bug. u don't have to finish game. just reset game Itself and than try resetting VM It stucked yesterday for me too and that fixed it. or u can just run ddlc play a bit comeback later.

To gain this new clearance, players will need to go through the gameon either the standard or goodending path. Players will need to make it through all four acts by starting a new game each time a fake “ending” plays out. keep in mind that if you "reset the game itself", you will probably lose your progress on side stories, album and playlist.

may i ask where you get that information from ? please don't just say something outright without doing some digging especially when you are helping people, others might might lose their progress. be careful next time ya :)

I mean't reopen game. It might be misunderstandable. and I've already finished game but It didn't reset VM when I tried few days ago. I close and opened game (not ddlc) again and It worked that time. ofc u can ask.. by my experiances. due to I needed to record some of the scenes a bit for my own project. I've finished game 4 in row cuz in time there was other things I should've recorded but my disk space was full all the time so I've to re-beat game for each scene. thanks overthinked details. you shouldn't TOUCH my savefiles! They are mine and mine only!
