Anyway to upgrade the washing machines and dryers?

I am posting this cause I only own the game on Epic game store and I've also notice that washing and drying takes the entire day before it even finish, there is always one laundry that I can rank C every time the shop is at closing time

Nope, it'll always stay the same. The hero.ine is more interested in the arcade business than the laundrymat. Best advice is to not start a new laundry after 7pm. Let the hampers stay on the desk until the day after. The grade doesn't care.

It's worth it though. I went in thinking it was one of those dad games that would allow me to relax but I got sucked in by the challenges, upgrades and the will to always get the next cabinet quite fast.
