Most of the grindy parts can be removed or ignored. The washing machines all get removed eventually, you can hire an assistant to empty the hoppers, the daily tasks become pointless after you've bought all the songs and upgrades, and the frequency of machine breakdowns can be reduced. You'll still have to repair them occasionally, collect trash, and unclog the toilet - but if you don't want to, you can actually ignore all that. This will reduce your income, but after buying all machines and completing the story, there's nothing left to spend the money on.
So, in short: There isn't really an ongoing endgame in Arcade Paradise - after a while, there's nothing meaningful left to do. But you can still have fun playing the arcade machines and achieving all the machine-specific goals. Some of games are pretty good (a few times I started the game just to play a bit of Blockchain).
I am like you, I get bored easily and don't like grindy games. my wife on the other hand is obsessed with Diablo 3 as the only game she plays and has like 1000 prestige levels, no idea why. I got my platinum trophy on PS4 for Diablo 3 years ago and never went back. another example, I just finished my first playthough of Rimworld (built the space ship) and now I want to play something else. other people though have like 5000 hours in that game and its the only game they ever play. Just how it goes I guess.
They eventually do go and it turns into one giant Arcade in the story-line.
