Finished all 3 courses, but still says 22/30 on the task.
Also i finished with under par score, par was 35, i had 31 didn't trigger the task.

any help with hole in one?

Yep, the course counter seems to be broken for that one.

I was able to get the under-par goal at Island Links...but that was before the latest patch so I don't know if it was broken during the patch.

The easiest way to get a hole-in-one is to play the Royal Greens course. The very first hole is a Par 2 with a straight shot to the green.

Set your tee-shot to land about where it shows in the picture below, adjust for wind, and (with a little luck) it will roll across the green and in. If you miss it is a quick jump out of the game to try again.

I have completed all the courses and it still shows 22/30 for me. Tho I was able to get the goal completed for a course under par.
