does this game has fishing in toilets feature, or is it just mass dementia?

also it could be bug since when you try to fish in here the line actually shows that it is in the toilet, but quickly disappears

forgot to add. There is a cheat sheet on the fish wiki page with every fish and where and how you can catch it and this sheet shows that toilet is a place where you can catch Bonbo

Bonbo fish is caught on Casino Catastrophe level. As for the fishing in toilets, I don't this is a feature.
