What challenge runs do you do?

I've 100%'d Cruelty Squad, but I always want more. So i've started doing a Hope Eradicated, Punishment, Chaos, Starting Gear, No Implants run of all the levels, where I have to kill every single enemy on the level. Unless I literally cannot kill it.
I've finished all the normal levels and am now on the secret levels. What challenge runs are you doing?

Cursed torch + Icaros machine + Cortical scaledown + Level IV (or V) armor + that gun that shoots meat orbs for health is a life-changing experience.
