How does the damage output works? It depends on how much stock you bought or the ammount of cash you have? I already bought 400+ stock on Cruelty Squad HQ with the CIV method and it's already at 1 million.

The total stock holding you have scales the damage of the weapon. So you don't need to diversify your portfolio or anything but you need to invest 1 million dollars into the stock market. If you hear a high pitched ping sound when you fire then you have max damage out put.
