You can wall jump to the ZKZ room if you aren't using any augs, but it'll take a while.

yes you can, just hard to get out if you are not cracked with walljumps.
dont forgett baton kick jumps boost the height alot.

It takes some practice with kick and stun baton jump boosting. Also if you didn't know the game considers the stun baton and the tranq gun as default weapons.
