black screen on fullscreen mode

heya whenever I go to full screen the game goes black but keeps running, any advice on how to fix this greatly apreciated thx

If you are stuck on the black screen, check the pinned discussion. And go delete settings.save

Just don't go fullscreen if it keeps going black. Just select your resolution and it'll be the same thing.

My game starts as a black screen and I cannot undo it. I cannot find a file named "settings.save" or a squadgame folder anywhere

its here its a hidden folder for windows. either google how to make it visible.
or down left in the windows (if you use windows) searchbar type %appdata% and you get to the folder Roaming already.

instead of deleting the settings.save file you can open it and edit things, like fullscreen and resolution

You can run the game in fullscreen, you just have to turn it on manually in the settings.save file. ("fullscreen" : true) AND you have to change the resolution to the resolution of your monitor (for ex.: "resolution": [1920, 1080] )
