Turn off Nightvison goggles

is there a way for me to turn off the nightvision goggles in the game?

I bought the nightmare vision goggles from the equipment and I can see in the dark but when I have them on it makes everything red. i was wondering if I can toggle them on and off.

no, not really. headwear items like that can't be toggled on or off.

I did but there's an area I found in a level thats pure darkness but if I put them on I can't finish the level because everything blends in together making it unplayable

lets say, you can unlock easier to use tools for darkness area

That's the point, it's a choice you are making that has consequences.

There are also "better" items for seeing in the dark you will get eventually, as Nyu said.

Thats good to hear. I just got the game and I have no idea whats going on. I just figured out how the stock market works.

I think it's something that's installed in your head, not easily removable.
