What time do you need in Cruelty squad HQ for an S?

Have 18.173 seconds in that mission, but I'm still ranking C. What insane time do you need exactly for a S?

S rank is not implemented in HQ mission yet, I have 16 seconds, C.

I don't even think you can get a ranking outside of Hope Eradicated and Divine Light.

You can, start with HE, open door, then go to the secret altar, restore divine link and then proceed for the boss. You can even do it with starting weapons if go for transaction rifle but I don't see how this whole ordeal is possible under 2-3 minutes.
