Are the giant skeleton cops on Mall Madness killable?

You need either explosives or armor piercing weapons.
You can check what weapons are armor piercing by reading their discription.

You need to kill them with the rocket launcher or machine gun, those two guns can pierce armor

The SMG from idiot party, the MKR, also pierces armor. Oh, and the nailgun from one of the secret levels.

theres a weapon shop in the mall, if you run fast and get over to it you'll find a rocket launcher in there

Security Systems Bazooka/Police Acid Launcher, the Stern Sniper Rifle, AMG4 machine gun and the Lux gun along with HE Grenades and the Skullgun are able to kill those things. The one bazooka as said is a blue colored weapon with the text 'POLICE' marked on it is available in a gun store near the lower level of a bright red, empty store place with marketing signs titled ''Gorbino's Quest'' are seen on are around it. If you look closely, you can see lengthened text that goes ''HAPPINESS'' all around that place. There will be one of those silenced pistol using dudes and a storeclerk at the entrance.

It's fairly simple to get it at the mall. Go to next section, take elevator up, find a cabin and navigate the air ducts and you'll drop onto the rocket launcher once you come out of a grate and you can escape the end of the level through the clothing store

You can also just use the fishing rod to take one of their guns away, and they'll be unable to shoot you

You sure? I've used that on normal humanoids but I tried it on the Necromechs and it doesn't work. Do you need to hit them in a specific spot or something?

IIRC it got fixed along with the green tanky boi.
