How do i eat people?

I just got a new pc and i went to go eat a body of the floor but i cant. On my laptop i could but now i cant, i just pick up the body. Could anyone help me?

You can only eat people if you die too many times for the game to engage Power in Misery (AKA Easy Mode)

Alternatively, fry people's gibs with a flamethrower and you can eat them at any time, even without Easy Mode enabled. You must cook the gibs alive, not the person alive.

When you eat a person, the player goes "Mmm!." As if he is surprised by how delicious it is. This is accompanied by the sounds of bloody splashing organs.

That alone brings the game from a 9/10 to 10/10.
